Spetses Island

The island has small beaches with clear waters where the transport to them is done with beautiful carriages since cars are not allowed. Small cobbled streets and white alleys give the island a romantic character.
Every September on the island, the famous “Armata” is celebrated with a series of cultural events that last 3 days. On the last day, the Independence of 1821, the naval fleet of the Greeks against the Ottomans, is represented.
On that day, dozens of boats and thousands of people from all over the world arrive on the island to watch this unique spectacle.
